Chicken Nuggets 2.0, the best!

I can say that I have prepared chicken nuggets in all versions: with vegetables, without, with minced meat, with eggs, with cereals, with breadcrumbs … in short, if you follow me here in the blog and you read me for a while you have some having seen many recipes prepared with the aim of creating good crispy and tasty fried chicken nuggets.

But these are the ones I will do from now on and do you know why?

Because in addition to being good, without eggs, without milk, they are above all very quick to prepare, also perfect for when you return home the last minute and you must prepare a quick, satisfying and very, very pleasant dinner!

Just a little, a little spice that is no longer lacking in our homes, flour, water, and good chicken breast that we will cut into fillets or morsels.
Everything is prepared at the moment while the oil is heating up, of course, we must not be afraid of frying, do you know that at least once a month we should eat something fried to make our liver work? And do you want to put it better than eating homemade fried food rather than eating it outside where we don’t know if they actually took care of our dish?

Do you think I have an open kitchen, it has no doors or closures and yet I cook without problems, I choose in the evening to make more “perfumed” recipes so before going to bed I open the windows and the house in the morning has no memory of what it was cooked the day before.
If you then want to prepare some to keep some, fry your chicken fillets leaving them a little behind cooking, without browning them too much, drain them well from the oil and freeze them well separated. If necessary, they will be very comfortable because you will simply pass them in the hot oven for a few minutes and away, the meal will be ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of chicken breast
  • 80 g of flour 0
  • 100 g of water
  • half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • a half of sweet paprika
  • pepper
  • salt
  • poor garlic to taste
  • peanut oil to taste

Procedure

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces
  2. In a bowl pour the flour, spices, mix well.
  3. Add the water and mix until a smooth and creamy mixture is obtained.
  4. Prepare a saucepan with deep oil, heat well.
  5. Start dipping a piece of meat at a time in the spiced cream, and dip in the oil.
  6. Cook a little at a time, drain them well by drying them on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with sauces and salad.
  8. They can also be heated in the oven once cooked and cooled.
